Hello and welcome

I'm Tom, founder of Mindstar Hypnotherapy.

I spent 20 years as a senior network architect in corporate IT before burning out completely. I know what it feels like to lose yourself to work, to stop enjoying life outside the office, to lie awake at 3am dreading Monday morning.

I found a way out using neuroscience and solution-focused hypnotherapy. Now I help other professionals do the same.
